Susan and I went to the "Captivated by the Light" Seminar yesterday. I actually learned quite a bit and am very excited to try some new lighting techniques. I didn't intend on buying anything there but decided I couldn't live another day without a Digital Calibration Target. It looks like this 
I took it outside today to practice setting my custom white balance and am amazed at the difference. I was actually able to shoot in manual with perfect coloring. Now I'm not sure how I ever lived without it.
