She's not as innocent as she looks

Tara has a really hard time sleeping in her own room. She cries every time we try to have her sleep in her room. I usually tell her to try it and if she can't fall asleep then to come to our room. Most of the time, she falls asleep on her own but lately she has a new fear. She thinks she might die. She has been breaking out in hives on and off for the past few months. We have already determined that she is allergic to sun screen and chap stick but there are others. We seen the doctor and he is sending us to an allergist for testing so we can finally put an end to all this. She has to take daily allergy medication and a steroid twice a day right now. Anyways, her new issues have set her back when it comes to sleeping in her own room.

The other night, Terry announces that everyone needs to head upstairs and brush their teeth because we are going to bed shortly. So, Tara brushed her teeth and climbed right into bed in our room. Terry went to bed a few minutes later and found her there. He tried waking her up by telling her that she needed to go to her own room, but no matter what he did, Tara couldn't be awakened. He gave up and went to bed.

The next day Tara comes to me to tell me that her plan worked. I asked her "what plan?" She told me that she was fake sleeping in my room so she could stay in there. Terry has no idea ;)
