Tara's Hair Cut

I have always loved messing with Tara's long hair but it got to the point where it was too hard to take care of. She was getting snarls constantly and has a very sensitive head when it comes to brushing so we finally made the decision. Our neighbor, Tammi, cut her hair. She asked Tara what she wanted and Tara immediately said, "Bangs".
