All my kids are sick at the moment (I think). Cameron is actually getting over a cold right now, nothing big. Tara has been running a fever of 103 since Friday. She is REALLY sick. She says her eyes hurt, she's hot, then she's cold, her legs hurt so much that she doesn't want to walk, she has headaches, she's been vomiting. Triston wants to be sick. Weird, I know. He says he's sick. He wants to lay around on the couch and be pampered. Some differences here include Tara doesn't talk, Triston doesn't stop talking, Tara doesn't eat, Triston is up for food anytime, Tara can barely walk, Triston has outburst where he feels the need to run, when Tara's belly hurts she actually vomits, Triston complains of a belly ache without any outward signs of it, Tara has very high fevers, Triston has no fever, Tara sleeps constantly, Triston doesn't feel the need to sleep. I could actually go on for a while here. The kids actually get special things when they are sick. They get to lay around the living room, watch movies and be waited on constantly. Of course, they don't go to school. They don't normally get pop to drink but when they are sick we buy them 7-up, vitamin water, and Gatorade. They also get the occasional popcycle and various snacks that don't include veggies. So, coming from a child's percpective, being sick is something special. We get concerned with hydration especially since Tara has been hospitalized before for a similiar illness where she became dehydrated.
Me and Terry are onto Triston. Its okay though, we are not saying anything. We think he is in need of some special attention and that's ok. That's all we will be doing this weekend is pampering the little ones. I am hoping that no one else catches this, including Triston who thinks it would be fun to be sick.

Tara is so sick that she doesn't care about having anything but a blankie and a puke bowl. As you can see she has 3 different types of drinks there of which nothing is being drank. We tried food also but everying, including water, comes right back up. When I took the picture, she was freezing and about an hour later she was sweating and had to strip off her blanket and all her clothes except her underwear.

Triston is a sentimental little guy. Everything you see in this picture is what he sleeps with everyday (except Tara's pink DS game). He went upstairs to get everything from his bed so that he could be comfortable. He has 2 blankets one made by Grandma Doris the other made by Aunt Sheila. His pillow case was made by Grandma Jan. He has a name for every stuffed animal that you see there and can remember when he received them and who they came from.
