With the melting of the snow comes the need to reiterate the safety rules. The kids haven't really been able to enjoy the outdoors much thru the winter and I think they have forgotten all the rules. Here's the story behind it...Triston runs in to tell me that we might be getting new neighbors. I ask him how he knows this and he then tells me that there is a lady looking at Aprils old house. I did my usual, "wow, that's neat." Then my phone rings and its my other neighbor, calling to tell me that Tara stopped to talk to a vehicle that stopped in front of April's house. She tells me that the lady got out of her vehicle and walked over to her and was talking with her. That's scary, what if she was child shopping, not house shopping :( I had to pull Tara aside and talk to her. I told her that even nice older ladies can be kidnappers. Tara looked shocked over this. The lady told Tara that she was trying to see if it was available. Tara said to me that she seen the lady and asked her if there were going to be any girls moving to the house. She told her that no one lived there right now. Tara is really eager for a girlfriend that she can play with anytime. She's watching this house for any signs of a new little girl. I'm going to have to keep a closer eye on her.
