Outside play

These pic's are from Friday. The kids are on their mid-winter break from school. Other than the snowing, the weather wasn't too bad and no one was sick so we went out to play. These pic's are taken with my new 40d. I'm still getting used to the settings and still haven't made it thru my manual but I think they turned out pretty good. By the way, I took 200 pictures during the hour we spent outside.

Doesn't Addie look pretty in pink? Apparently she thinks so too. This is her adorable pink snowsuit that her parents bought for her. Dave had to bring it for her because I tried to put a blue one on her and she cried forever. It was a hand-me-down that Cam wore and then Triston. I kept it around as an extra just in case we needed one. It was her size and everything but she wouldn't let me put it on her. She didn't have a problem with the pink one.
Reilly was having soooo much fun. She loves to eat snow. She will eat it off her boot or any where else that she can get it from. You can see that she has some on her mouth. I did tell her to pick out clean snow if she was going to eat it.
Tara is another snow eater. She searched the entire yard to find this chunk of ice. Since it came from the backyard, I'm sure it's not clean :(

Triston wasn't eating the snow (this time). He laid back in the snow to relax.

I have to show one more. Addie was watching the girls and very curious about what they were eating. Tara found her a chunk and held it for her to eat.

Did you notice Addie's eye lashes? They are so long. I love that picture. I also think my new camera does an amazing job. Can't wait to play with it some more.
