This was the first weekend that we didn't have much going on. We ended up out on the deck Friday evening. Lorrie, Tammi, and I made Margarita's and Strawberry Daiquiri's with Tequila. The kids all drank non-alcoholic versions of ours complete with fancy plastic glasses. It was so much fun.

Terry was on call the entire weekend so he wasn't drinking. He ended up cooking in the kitchen while the ladies and I were on the deck. Tara and Triston put together menu's for us. It was cute. Tara sounded out the words to write them. Whatever you read had to be sounded out to understand what it was. Water was spelled wadr and coffee was spelled cofe. Of course, we ordered alcohol :) As for food, we had a lot of choices and decided to go with a sampler platter. The kids brought out a bunch of deep fried onion rings, zucchini, mushrooms, and fish. It was yummy! I didn't take too many pictures because I was worried about my camera getting wet. Between the pool water and the drinks, you just never know.
Here's Cam stuffing a whole piece of Blueberry pie in his mouth.
The kids swam most of the time.
Triston had a few issues with his swim shorts. Apparently the strings on his shorts malfunctioned.
Steven on his cell phone.
Mr. Cool Cam soaken up some ray's.
As soon as she let go, Cam grabbed her and both her and Cam went in the pool.

Steven on his cell phone.

Steven and Cameron had a plan. When Tammi walked through, they would push her into the pool.
I'm not sure what happened but next thing I know, Tammi has Steven and Steven is holding the deck. This way, if Tammi had to go in then so would Steven.

When evening rolled around we were entertained with a concert on the deck. Triston, Mason, Lane, and Tara all got their hair done. The boys all used magnetix toys as piercings (see the eyebrow and nipples). Those didn't stay on long because it was pinching their skin.
Once they were all finally ready. They began the show. Triston and Lane were on guitar. Mason was on drums and Tara sang.
A Live Concert, good Food, Drinks, and Company, What could be better?

How fun! It's fun to see what older kids do! The drinks look tasty, too!
